April 2nd is a special day for many of us on the spectrum; It's Autism Awareness/Acceptance day! We have this month dedicated to our disability, but due to the mainstream media's depiction of us (Sheldon Cooper... How could you...), we get a lot of negative connotation. Thanks to problematic corporations such as Autism Speaks, we're seen as a lost cause. However, me and others included want to spread the positive aspects of us and tell you that we are so much more!

Even though I'm terrible with consistency in keeping up with stuff, I do want to dedicate my next few posts to talking about Autism and the "Au-esome" things about it (Sorry for the pun, LOL). This blog will mainly be about my experiences, but I will also infodump about famous individuals on the spectrum because they are honestly so cool!

Anyways, I'm going to make some drafts on upcoming posts!
